They were probably both tired- having to do their duties around the sea of death did get to them every now and then, however, that didn't stop the rather twisted couple from spending time together, every single moment they could- they would spend it together, nothing was stoppign them from wanting to be with each other-
As if each minute that separated them made them want to be an hour together.
They'd spent quite a long time walking, talking, sharing cigarettes and simply enjoying each other's company, what seemed to be a routine, getting to a certain point, in which they simply sat down against a boulder to rest. The Orca's arm wrapped around her waist gently, as they continued to talk.
He noticed how she seemed to get more and more comfortable, her own arms wrapping around him in a somewhat possessive manner, as if she didn't want him to go- which he understood perfectly, they did continue talking for a couple of minutes, before silence fell upon them.
And as soon as he glanced at her, she was asleep on him, he didn't mind, that's for sure, and instead of trying to wake her up or wanting to take her to a place where she could rest properly, he held her tightly close and caressed her, it was better like this, that much is clear.
