 A.        RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.      Pemberian poin: i. Menang: 3 poin

2.      ii. Kalah: 0 poin

3.      Kamus yang akan digunakan dalam pertandingan adalah kamus CSW 12.

4.      Urutan memulai permainan dilakukan dengam cara : kedua pemain mengambil salah satu huruf scrabble. Pemain yang mendapatkan huruf alfabet lebih awal, akan main pertama (e.g. pemain 1 A, pemain 2 H. Maka pemain pertama akan main pertama) kemudian huruf dikembalikan lagi dan memulai permainan.

5.      Babak pertama yaitu, babak penyisihan. Pada babak penyisihan, pemain dimasukkan ke dalam 8 grup yang terdiri dari 4 orang. Drawing peserta akan dilakukan sebelum lomba dimulai, disaksikan oleh seluruh pemain dengan sistem undian.

6.      Setiap pemain akan bermain sebanyak 3 kali d fasei grup. Setiap pemenang grup akan melaju ke babak perempat final.

7.      Di babak perempat final, akan dilakukan drawing ulang disaksikan oleh peserta. Dan pada babak ini, sistem yang digunakan ialah sistem gugur. Sistem ini akan dilakukan hingga babak final.

8.      Pemain mempunyai waktu 15 detik, untuk memasukkan kata ke papan scrabble. Apabila waktu habis, maka pemain dianggap pass.

9.      Apabila pemain melakukan pass 3 kali berturut turut, maka permainan dianggap selesai. Dan dilakukan perhitungan point.

10.    Peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk challenge. Apabila dalam 10 detik pemain lawan tidak men challange, maka permainan dilanjutkan.

11.    Jika challenge dilakukan, maka kedua peserta melihat kata tersebut dengan menggunakan e-dictionary yaitu CSW12.

12.    Apabila challenge berhasil, maka peserta yang melakukan challenge tidak akan mendapatkan poin tetapi lawannya akan dikurangi 10 poin dan kata-kata yang salah harus ditarik kembali.

13.    Apabila challenge tidak berhasil, maka peserta yang melakukan challenge akan dikurangi 10 poin.

14.    Jika peserta melakukan challenge untuk 2 atau 3 kata dan bahkan lebih, jika salah satu dari kata-kata tersebut salah (ada didalam kamus CSW12) maka challenge akan dianggap gagal.

15.    Peserta tidak diperbolehkan mengulang kata kata yang sudah diletakkan di papan scrabble (e.g. pemain pertama meletakkan kata FAR sebanyak dua kali). Apabila pemain melakukan hal tersebut, maka kata tersebut harus ditarik kembali, dengan syarat diketahui oleh pemain lawan dan disadarinya.

16.    Perhitungan untuk kolom special akan dihitung double atau tripple.

17.    Kata-kata bingo(bila semua huruf yang dipegang pemain dimasukkan ke papan scrabble secara serempak ; e.g. MOREOVER)  akan diberi tambahan 50 poin.

18.    Peserta akan menghitung poinnya sendiri dan poin lawan.

19.    Keputusan panitia mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
