My words were: see, miss, trust, friendship, color, sin, lie, break, sword, & stone.
All excerpts are from the Animatronic Saga universe, but I will specify underneath each. Hidden under the cut for length.
See
Do you see what I mean? There is no purpose in dreams except to scare the living heck out of the host.
- Animatronic Saga
Miss(ed)
It’s the reason why she’s here with me, and she alone, while she should be with people she actually wants to be with. She’s here with me.
She’s here with me and I’ve missed her.
- secondary series
Trust
I didn’t tell her that you always believe you can trust people until someone breaks you.
- Animatronic Saga
Friendship
Without another sound, she pushed open the door and was gone. I stifled in the silence. Cass wasn’t wrong; I barely knew her. But to extend my hand in friendship only to have her cut it off at the shoulder stung nonetheless.
- Animatronic Saga
Colour
Bass filters steady and low through the room, even as the drums fade out and are replaced by a woman’s throaty voice. The cavern’s been dimmed, brightly colored gemstones our disco ball of a light source. Beside me, the colors are mesmerizing as they catch on a Kytor boy’s headpiece.
- secondary series
Sin(s)
Why did I love him again?
Insignia is good. You are bad. By helping us, you can pay back your sins and wrongdoings.
Insignia is… Insignia is…
- scrapped draft
Lie
How do I tell her that’s a lie? That we’ll never be back where we started?
How do I tell her that for over three weeks I tried, but there were too many holes and spaces and silences and it was the very fact that I thought we were in a loop but we were only in a time loop that drove me to run away?
- secondary series
Break
My knees hit the tile and dark cracks shattered the tile, but it wasn’t tile. My knees hit the bones and my knees splintered and I’d break my back to keep my past where it belonged, but it seemed more likely I’d break my nack peering over my shoulder.
- Animatronic Saga
Sword
There was a warcry and without my permission, my sword was cutting through flesh and bone, whirling on my enemies faster than they knew to be afraid. Insignia’s emblem shone like a beacon of death on each and every one of their bodies.
- Animatronic Saga
Stone
He looked once over his shoulder at the empty stretch of hallway before pressing his palm against the metal. A blue light flickered, then the metal slid upward, revealing a stone door with a hand scanner at its side. “My grandfather built this compound and such; he hid its secrets. Thus, I give to you the Ipis people.”
Therapist note- Patient seems to shut down and/or get upset when one of the three names are mentioned: Papyrus Gaster, Sans Gaster, and Wingdings Gaster. Please make sure to avoid the three names in the future when talking to the patient.
(Scrapped story)
Hello doctor.
Hello Y/N.
Where would you like me to sit?
Just there is fine.
Thank you.
As you know, these sessions will be recorded as per the contract but they won't be shown to anyone other than medical professionals and the court so why don't you introduce yourself?
An introduction? Well as you know, I'm Y/N L/N. I'm 35 years old, I'm a former professor at Saint Ebott university. I worked as a Human biology teacher.
That sounds fun, did you enjoy the job?
No doctor, I did at first but then some...concerning things happened which is why I'm here now.
Ah yes, I remember. Well now that you've introduced yourself let's start off easy, how was your day today Y/N?
It went okay, I woke up and I had a cup of tea before coming here. I can't really complain can I?
I'm sorry Y/N but may I say something? Thank you. Only waking up and having a cup of tea classify your day as a good one? I'm not saying this to be rude in any way, I just want to ensure we're both on the same page.
Well I mean, considering the fact some days I used to not be able to have tea or...even be alone for five seconds, I think it's been a good day compared to what it used to be.
Okay Miss Y/N. Why don't you recount everything you remember?
----------------------------------------------------------I remember meeting him. Wingdings Gaster I mean, I didn't meet his brothers till a small while later. I walked into the classroom, I was nervous because it was my first time meeting him and I wanted to make a good impression especially since he was my new colleague at the time.
I scrapped 100+ pages of a book, but I feel better now?
For clarification: I believe I started writing in the wrong spot. I've jumped almost two years in the timeline now, and this feels right. I've produced ten pages in a day, so I feel like I have clear evidence that a) I feel better in this spot and b) I have newfound energy to tell the story.
I didn't delete the draft - I'll keep it in case I ever need it (prequel? I guess?) but yeah. Ten pages into a fresh one‼️‼️
You know what I been thinking of doing more stuff on this platform soooo note challenge time!!

The Story of a Purple Snake
As you look at the title you may wonder "how could a story of a random snake who happens to be purple be any of interest to me?" well looks can often be deceiving, for you cant judge a book by its cover and for this snakes journey would go in a unexpected turn.
It starts with our protagonist an purple snake, an ordinary snake living in its biome in the dessert, this snake has an averagely good life, good parents, good community, and a relatively good environment with plenty of small critters such as rats to eat.
However, this snake wasn't quite fulfilled with its current direction so this brave snake decided to explore the unknown, to see where it takes them.
the snake waved goodbye to its relatives and loving parents as it went on its journey
Scrapped Draft #3 of Come As You Are (As You Were) Part 3
This is one of the drafts that got cut/reworked before I finally settled on the version I published on FF.net. In this one, Felicity and Oliver are reunited again after he saves her from a hostage situation. But I felt this idea didn't match the level of angst of the last two chapters, and the tone was just off. Anways, enjoy!

“Captain Lance?”
The voice modulator altered his tone, masking the annoyance and frustration that was hidden beneath. He was in the field, and a call from Captain Lance was something he didn't have the time for. His mind was solely focused on the mission, his senses acute, his mind sharpened with strategy.
“It's about our mutual friend, Miss Smoak.”
Suddenly, his focus snapped, his shoulders tightened and every muscle in his body locked up—all at just the mention of her name.
“What about her?” He asked, his eyes moving about the city below him from his vantage point on the roof, but he didn't see a thing, didn't catalog a single detail, all he could think about was her.
Blond hair, blue eyes, pink lips just a hairsbreadth away from his pressed up against a glass case in the foundry. The curve of her shoulder beneath his hand, the feel of his arm around her waist and her arms around his neck, the softness of her cheek as he cupped it to kiss her. Their first and last kiss.
“Well kid, she's one of the hostages.”
His hand flexed around his bow as his heart stopped for a brief moment before suddenly it was thundering in his chest and in his ears. His vision swam and his throat constricted, his jaw ticking painfully as his teeth clenched.
In the building across the street from where he was perched, Felicity Smoak was being held hostage by a mad man who had proven before that he was not afraid to kill.
“Did you hear me?”
Suddenly, Lance's sharp voice brought him back to the present.
“Yes, Captain Lance, I heard you.” He paused, sucking in a slow breath through his nose, “how do you know she's in there.”
“She sent me a message on my phone, told me not to call her back, but instead to contact you.”
Oliver remained silent for several long moments before he replied, “I'll get her out safe.”
“I have no doubt of that. I'm just surprised to hear her ask for your help, last I'd heard from Miss Smoak was that she was no longer a part of your team.”
“She's not,” he said as he straightened his posture and selected a repelling rope arrow from his quiver, “But she is a friend.”
