Dry Fly Chocolate Manhattan

2 oz Dry Fly Washington Wheat Whiskey

1 oz Carpo Antica Vermouth

3 dashes Scrappy's chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients over ice and stir until well chilled. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Taken directly from Dry Fly's recipe page except I substituted better vermouth and local bitters. Natch.
