Do you ever think about the fact that Samwise Gamgee, when he went to Valinor, would have been able to meet YAVANNA HERSELF?
- She would be so proud of him, the humble gardener who helped save Middle-earth!!!!!!! he literally rejected the One Ring BECAUSE HE LOVES PLANTS SO MUCH, do you think there is any possibility of Yavanna NOT immediately adopting him?
- They could work in the garden together!!! he would be able to ask her any question he wanted about ANY plant species! like, I imagine Sam would feel a bit out of his depth in Valinor, but if Yavanna helped him set up his own little garden he’d feel right at home, IT WOULD BE SO CUTE
- It would just be so incredible for them to meet, because think about this... when Sam and Frodo went into Mordor they had the phial of Galadriel, which contained the light of a Silmaril, which contained the light of the Two Trees, WHICH YAVANNA MADE
- And I have no doubt that Sam would be completely in awe of her, but what if she was equally in awe of him? he’s Samwise the Brave! and I bet she would love hearing about the Shire and the Old Forest and the trees Sam planted after the War of the Ring
- What if they talked about cooking! Sam was obviously a wonderful cook, and Yavanna would be so glad to learn that Hobbits know how to truly make the most of her creations! what if Yavanna and the Elves convinced Sam to cook some Hobbitish food, and they end up learning some of Sam’s recipes, which are a huge hit in Valinor
