From this action MYTH we can infer these main points:

Chaos can only come from the knowledge of what peace is in that moment. She knows what makes people angry and uses it for all the wrong reasons/her own purposes.

She knows who to aim for, and what people are weak to. Once in the middle of the bloodshed she can go wild, and she has that wisdom to get her there

It was a massive insult for her to not be invited and she started a war over it. Reasonable to me.

Prominent Eris in someone's chart will reflect these; of course not literally. I doubt that anyone reading this will abuse or start a war. You may feel EXCOMMUNICATED in some way from communities; its a similar effect to a prominent Uranus if aspected enough.
