Yes, and let me tell you it’s one of the worst things you can ever do to yourself. I used to always try to impress people and listen to different music, dress differently, etc. and ultimately it didn’t even work out. It is absolutely refreshing to be your 100% genuine self, which I am now. I feel like if you don’t like me now it’s because you don’t like ME not who I was trying/pretending to be.
