your short story is AMAZING! it's beautifully written and just really captivating, it's evident how hard you worked on it. my only real criticism is that there are a few spots where your wording is awkward or where you use passive tense, and it breaks the flow a little bit. that's really only a minor thing though, and i mostly noticed in in definitions four and five. overall, it's wonderful, i especially like how it's formatted and the characterizations

@gaywix (it won’t let me tag you?); i also relate really strongly w/ women’s issues and don’t feel comfortable like..... identifying in a way that would entirely separate me from those struggles. if that makes sense. but ya what i have realized is that gender is completely fake.

@screamingprophet; i literally used to tell my entire fam ‘when i grow up and am a boy’ like... that’s a talking point for my fam they make jokes about how i used to think i’d grow up to be a boy.

i don’t wear makeup and don’t frequently wear feminine clothes; my gender presentation is very masculine/androgynous. i only fall away from ‘real’ androgyny bc of my curves.

I think I'd like to be a knife again, like I used to be, but sharper. I've watched the light flicker out in enough people to know what my company's capable of at its worst. And even still, a knife again. Cut less or cut cleaner, but at the end of the day I want to turn myself on myself, pit out my chest, make some reintroductions while the ache's still fresh. Maybe I'll leave my heart on the dining room table. It's been so long since I've seen it.
