Full Circle
Despite a whole array of problems in my personal life I find today that I can feel positive energy as I breathe in. I can literally feel my steps becoming lighter as I breathe in the air outside.
Last night I received more news that I thought I couldn’t handle. I get a lot of that lately. I went outside and starred up at the night sky. The air was cold, and there was snow underneath my feet. You could see the stars clearly and the air was quiet. I yelled into the sky about how I couldn’t possibly take any more and that it absolutely had to stop because I was not strong enough to handle any more.
I feel as though someone was listening this morning. So I sit, and I draw. I take my dog for a walk. And I feel lighter.
