grateful for TTS so that i can rest my eyes instead of getting screen fatigue
On the one hand, we really should not open schools back up to students or resume our normal operating procedures (yet) for obvious, pandemic-related reasons.
On the other hand, I’m drowning under the work load of the digital environment and desperately need a break from screens and most importantly, my email. I don’t need follow up emails from four people about whether or not I recieved something a few minutes ago. That extra work load is the straw that’s cracking the camel’s back. And, spring break is still SO FAR away. Help.
I miss grading papers ... on paper.
I miss meeting face-to-face.
So much screen fatigue.
Wear those masks and stay home folks; I’m sooo ready to be able to work off screen again.
