I use Screen Translate. You don't need to take a print. The app will have an icon on the screen, which you will drag to the part you want to translate. And then a frame with the translation will appear. I can't say if the app is free (as I've been asked before) I just received the app in a subscription package I made for college.

You can use translation for multiple languages. The screen is in Portuguese but I can translate from Japanese straight to English.
