If you’re reading this, it’s now time for a 15 minute screenbreak
During a screenbreak the following are recommended:
Stepping/rolling away from your computer or setting down your mobile device to stretch a bit
Some light calisthenics or a short walk might also be a good idea.
Stretching your wrists can help prevent repetitive motion injury
Hydrate
If it’s been a while since you’ve eaten, a light snack or a meal. Whichever you feel is more appropriate
Use the restroom
Taking any medication you need to currently take
Maybe chat with or check in on anyone you cohabitate with.
