There is a red side and a blue side so I guess you have to combine numbers like 7463 is the first one and 1234 is the second one - 7412 & 6334 / 1274 & 3463

7463 is obvious. 74 red & 63 blue - is there another note or hint?

toooo obvious uuugh noo nothing else and everytime i quit to look around it just gives me more hints like junpei is smacking me in the face with "WOW THIS DEFINITELY HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE NOTE FROM THE BULLETIN BOARD AND THE FRIKCING PICTURE JUST LOOK AT IT YOU SUPID FriCK AND SOLVE THE DAMN PUZZLE" and im like hoooooooooooooooooooooooooow
