Scroll zoom problem Win 10
So I finally upgraded to Windows 10, and now scroll zoom won’t work in Photoshop anymore. According to some forums I’ve checked out, this was an early bug, but should have been fixed now. Not for me, though... Anyone got any tips on how to fix this? I really would like to keep zooming by scrolling. Any help would be appreciated.

Despite not having issues with my eyesight (I do wear glasses, but that doesn't count) I use Scroll Zoom fairly extensively in my web-dev workflow. I always zoom in to see the graphic details or to check if there are some misplaced pixels or anything. I have smoothing turned off, because I need to see the exact pixels, not their blurred approximation.
But in Lion almost every time you need to Ctrl-Zoom In on something it doesn't work. So it goes again, open Preferences, Universal Access, Zoom, and reset [x] Use scroll wheel with modifier keys to zoom check box. Do it a few times during the day and you will get the feeling.
Ok, it is tiresome and annoying, but I can do it. Now imagine somebody who relies on this functionality to be able to actually use the computer.
