I'm gonna be AFK for a while
I've just signed up for scroll free September so will be deleting my social media apps off my phone for the rest of September! It'll be an interesting experience to see how it'll affect my mental health as well as productivity. This means I won't be able to respond to any PMs or have any posts so I'm basically a ghost lol. Anyone else feeling like it might be useful to add in some morning and evening rituals that mean less phone twiddling and more soul filling? ✨I’m going to try a new morning routine of a 5 minute meditation and then 5 minutes of writing. Just whatever comes up. 💫And an evening add in of 5 minutes breathing and then 5 minutes to write out a gratitude list of anything lovely that happened that day. Anyone else want to try? I’ll send out a plan on my newsletter if you fancy joining in. Always works best for me to add good stuff in rather than just ban things. But starting my day and ending it without falling down the rabbit holes on here will be a massive time saver if nothing else. 20 minutes of self preservation that may mean a lot of time off my phone too!
