A decision i have come to recently. I am not this 'only ever post positive things' type as I just feel that I'm not a one dimensional person and I'm not perpetually, indefinitely positive. I like to show the real me on socials sometimes. Recently, though I have realised that taking politics and current affairs too much can just get way too heated and people don't debate and discuss with the same respect, restraint and compassion that they normally would face to face! Even with people who know you, they often forget the real person that they know and love and judge and define you just from one post or opinion. Additionally, it is statistically unlikely that you will ever change anyone's mind about something on Facebook.
