He was well aware of the younger girl’s crush on him and though he didn’t want to hurt her feelings he still had to make it clear to Sulli that his feelings for her were not the same. To him she was more of a little sister than anything else and that wasn’t likely to change no matter how much she wanted more to happen. Leo stared down at her sleeping form on couch before leaning down to place a kiss on her forehead and covered her with a blanket before leaving to return to his own apartment. It was his way of thanking her for bandaging his injuries.

Sulli had shown up at his apartment unannounced with snack and a few movies that she had wanted to watch with him. Rather then refuse the company Leo allowed her to stay and picked one of the movies to watch. They were rather cheesy romance movies that held no interest for him but he endured it, along with making some remarks throughout the movie. She seemed to laugh at his jabs not that he would have stopped even if she hadn’t.

As it got later Leo could tell the young girl was beginning to doze off, her head leaning against his shoulder. He made no move to move her not wanting to wake up her up. Instead he turned off the television and carefully maneuvered his way from underneath her. He gently settled her head against a pillow and covered her up with a blanket. After another glance and brushing a few strands of hair from her face he left for his bedroom.

"It’s your fault."

Leo hadn’t seen her since she had tried to confess to him on Valentine’s day a couple days ago. Telling him that she had fallen for him and giving him a gift. She had obviously hoped he had felt the same way for her but he had to shut her feelings for him down before things went any further. Unfortunately for Sulli, he didn’t share such feelings for the girl having only ever seen her as a little sister.

He knew she had been trying to avoid him ever since so when the opportunity presented itself for him to confront her after seeing her in the park he took the chance. It didn’t surprise him that she would want to blame him for how she was feeling but he wouldn’t take responsibility for something that was out of his control. He never intended for her to develop a crush on someone like him in the first place.

"Don’t blame me because I didn’t reciprocate your feelings." he replied back.

"I wish you would tell me why."

sooyeon stares, blank and apathetic. the words the female has uttered are throbbing in her head — reminding her of what has happened, and what will happen as a result of consequence. why? why indeed.

"tell you why?" the question is soft, tinged with curiosity and a dab of nonchalance. there’s no true feeling in her words, her stare as indifferent as it could be.

her mind has become a blank slate — she is numb to it all.

twisting her head to the side, she blinks slowly, watching the chaos unleash itself upon the city. it’s an almost morbidly beautiful thing to see. it makes the corner’s of sooyeon’s lips quirk into a small smile.

but then she remembers sulli, and brings her attention back to the younger girl. she widens her lips at her, in a smile that doesn’t exactly reach her eyes; sooyeon looks like a walking corpse at this point — drained.

"i’ll let you know when i figure out why myself," her voice has dropped to that of a lower octave, breathless and weak.

"I don’t really care." "Marry me!" <-- {you're embarrassing yourself sulli...}

The only that he gave the younger that he had heard correctly was the few times he blinked his eyes. It had been that hard to see that Sulli had a crush on him because she hadn’t been very good at hiding it. Unfortunately for her Leo didn’t reciprocate her feelings as he only saw her as a little sister. The Arcanum member even let slide the fact the she was a part of Scorpio not that that would would stop him from pursuing someone he had feelings for. Sulli just wasn’t that person for him even if she wanted him to be.

"You should marry someone who shares your feelings but that someone isn’t me" he replied to the hopeful girl in front of him only to see her face fall sadly as he dashed her hopes.

my character telling yours a secret

Leo didn’t understand how Sulli’s love for nature would be a secret but he didn’t mind being privy to that tidbit of info about her. In fact he shared in her appreciation of nature which is why he invited her to the park that he frequented. The leaves on a majority of the trees having turned a beautiful mahogany colored and the flowers bloomed around them as they walked.

But as much as he liked nature he liked the nighttime more especially when the stars were out. Although it wasn’t his biggest secret it was his least threatening one that let her in on. So when the younger invited him out to stargaze just as he had invited her on a nature walk. He appreciated her returning the favor as they found a suitable place to sit and watch the sky.
