The Cartographer (@pookapufferfish) vs Sparkles (@gh0st3a)! Both of these wonderful scugs have a cutesy element to their design, and both of them have had a lot of significance in the first Battle of the Wawas (The Cartographer being in the very first match, and Sparkles being up against the famous Cloudcat in Round 1)! This is going to be a tough one! Which of these adorable little fighters will win out in the end?

Here it is. One of the most legendary battles I think you will ever see. Seer, a long-running sweeper that decimates any scug that makes the foolish mistake of crossing their path, versus Wawa, a slugcat I admittedly underestimated that has sweeped many of her matches, and the last majorly popular scug in Seer’s way.
Can Seer’s rampage be stopped? Wawa sure hopes so…

The Collector (@scarapanna) and Wheat (@mayabunny23). Two incredibly fearsome foes, facing off at last in the Semifinals.
Wheat, the underdog, the one who dances with death and lives to tell the tale. The one who barely avoided being the one on the chopping block in the Mass Attack. What’s not to love? This is like some sort of villain origin story or something!
Then The Collector, the one who has gracefully climbed the way up the totem poll to get to this point, all while pulling off a gorgeous new look! It’s not easy to climb when you’ve just gotten a manicure, and I’d imagine it would be the same way with a redesign, no matter how slight.
Let’s see which one of these fierce competitors makes it out on top!

Here we have The Cartographer (@pookapufferfish) and Leech (@cashmonei), two adorable slugcats who have worked very hard to make it this far in the Doub1e1Showdown!
Leech may be the underdog in this situation, facing off against the winner of the Mass Attack poll (who won by a landslide, mind you), but that doesn’t mean it’s over for him! Look at that adorable little face!
How poetic would it be, though, if The Cartographer was the one to win this tournament, when he was the one who was out first (technically)!
It’s a toss up!
Who will win this test of fate, and go on to face the other finalist in an all-out duel?

Were you expecting just a normal poll? Did you think I would leave the tie unnoticed? Love may have won, but that doesn't stop me from solving this dilemma in other ways.
I noticed I had a scug sitting in my inbox that I had wanted to put in the competition, so I thought; "why not make them fight each other for a spot in Round 2?"
So here we are!

To the left, we have....whatever that thing is. They are the result of a tiebreaker fusion between two existing contestants: The Mimic and Custard. They are very eager to prove themselves worthy of keeping their Round 2 spots in the tournament! Love wins!
And to the right is a slugcat that unfortunately never made it into the competition: the one and only Glue! It is so excited to get a second chance at participating! He hopes with all of rots heart to be able to earn its spot in Round 2! The rot consumes!
