Hey…….what is…..pyr religion…..about

HEHE (/pos) so, pyr religion mostly focuses on the worship of natural beauty, the stars and the earth/earth adjacent planet! The main deities in the religion are RouShya (deity of beauty/nature), RouSonne and RouSonnette (deities of the suns)! Sometimes RouReecen (god of creation) is included in the main deities but not always. RouShya is also sometimes called RouDefas (deity of parenting) and RouSonnet is a common way to refer to both RouSonne and RouSonnette! :)

is pyr religion inspired by anything? also, how do the deities feel about body modifications such as piercings and tattoos?

Pyr religion has some nods to Greek mythology (RouSonne -> Apollo/Helios – RouShya -> Aphrodite/Persephone) and some words are taken from German and given new meanings!

Hasdurne (Northern) has a better association with tattoos and Xanadurne (Southern) has a better association with piercings! It's common in Hasdurne to get tattoos with religious meanings and it's common in Xanadurne to get piercings as a coming of age practice. Some Deities also have specific piercings associated with them! RouSonne -> canine bites, RouSolun -> bridge/connecting piercings.

RouShya, deity of beauty and nature, believes as long as you are kind-hearted your ability to be beautiful extends beyond your vessel. Therefore, doesn't mind body modifications like tattoos and piercings.

Sorry there's not much info on some of [], py have very little written down about some of [] but py tried pyr best to scour pyr notes!

*fixed some terminology

RouShya! Deity of Nature, Beauty and Love. RouShyas' pronouns change depending on the season, she/feminine in the spring, he/masculine in the summer, they/neutral in the autumn and it/nongendered in the winter! RouShya also is called RouDefas, the goddess of family. While being the goddess of family, he doesn't have any godly children! He is however married to RouSolun.

RouSonne, the older brother to RouSonnette! He is the Deity of the sun, trans + masculine* fertility and daytime. She goes by any gendered pronouns but prefers to be called a god!

RouSonnette, the younger sister to RouSonne, goes by she/them pronouns! She is the goddess of the stars, hope and luck.

RouLua, the best friend of RouSonne! It goes by it/they and other nongendered pronouns. They are the Deity of the night, the moon and feminine* + intersex fertility.

RouRodra goes by she/it/book and while she knows of the other deities, it doesn't directly communicate with the others! Book is the goddess of knowledge and books. She is typically the symbol of libraries and knowledge filled places!

RouTamo, she is the goddess of animals and pets and was made by RouShya and RouSonne to keep RouSonnette happy while they were busy with duties! It goes by she/it/pet.

RouSolun, the deity of the dead and souls! It goes by it/its and no ther pronouns. It is married to RouShya and is the child of KoKesh.

RouDoras the deity of weather! Doras goes by any weather related neos or name pronouns. Cloud is aloof and calm unless someone messes with the sky! But storm is not the highest-ranking deity.

RouAnos the deity of safety and security, Anos goes by name pronouns exclusively! RouAnos protects all of the other deities if ever they were in danger.

RouBorinos, brother to RouAnos, the god of technology and machinery! He goes by he/they/name pronouns.

RouDenta, Sister of RouTach, the goddess of the deeper sea and darkness. It goes by she/it/eel pronouns.

RouTach, sister of RouDenta, the goddess of the upper sea and light! She goes by she/they/coral pronouns.

RouReecen, the god of creation, life and peace! He doesn't care what pronouns you call him. His spouse is RouChrosha and he is curently the sun of RouSonne!

RouChrosha, is the deity of destruction and chaos, future deity of death. It goes by it/they/chaos and any nongendered pronouns! It is the child of KoKesh.

KoKesh is the god of death and negativity. It goes by he/it pronouns, he is the father of RouChrosha.

do you& have any special holidays in your& religion? what about outfits that hold religious meaning? do you& pick one or a few deities to worship over others or do you& have a rotating system (hehe)? are there any specific objects you& would swear on that has the same significance as a bible? -@puppypawssys

Yes py celebrate them typically in-system as pyr innerworld allows for it easier than doing so out-system. The Winter/Summer solstice are culturally and religiously significant to pys, as a starting point! (Py haven't named the holidays which is why they aren't listed!)

There aren't currently any articles of clothes associated with any (Scuv'exi) Deities but, py do where masculine clothes in the summer/winter and feminine in spring/autumn as related to RouShya and [] oscillating pronouns!

Py typically pick a few to worship and have a rotating system! It can also vary slightly between pyr headmates as not all all of pys worship the same Deities! (Such as The Churches of Vanilla, who are Deities []selves!)

And, it can vary per deity but some do have their own religious objects with similar significance of the Bible. And then py have pyr own (non-Christian) Digital Bible.
