South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem: “…I’m on meth.”

To be clear, Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) is, to the best of my knowledge, not actually a meth addict. However, the South Dakota state government recently unveiled one of the most poorly-designed ad campaigns in U.S. history.
