Hi everyone - here’s the organisers with our Suikoden Selfies! Of course, we’re not entering the competition, but there’s some awesome prizes up for grabs! You’ve got nothing to lose, so make a sign and join us <3 ONE LUCKY PERSON WILL GET: 2 Suikoden cards, Flik mini towel, 3 postcards, 3 badges, Suikogaiden vol. 1 Soundtrack. THE OTHER LUCKY PERSON WILL WIN: 2 Suikoden cards, Tir mini towel, 3 postcards, 3 badges, Orrizonte soundtrack.

What will you need? Yourself of course. Some friends, maybe. Cosplay? If you can. A beautiful background? Sure. Maybe something even Suikoden-inspired. It doesn’t need to be fancy. What’s important is that we see you! Annnnd a sign which goes “Suikoden is…..” It’s up to you to fill in the blanks! What exactly is Suikoden for you? Along with that, include: YOUR NAME; COUNTRY; ANY MESSAGE TO KONAMI/SUIKODEN/FELLOW FANS; AND YOUR FAVORITE FLYING SQUIRREL OR CASTLE GUARD DOG. We’ll have an album ready on the event page to fill up with your lovely faces and messages, so either post it there, or email it to us at [email protected] and we’ll post it for you! 

Of course, it’d be nice to see them on Tumblr too, so we should use the tags #suikoden day 2015 and #suikoden selfie.

SDAY2015  is officially open!

Hi everyone! As it’s now the 11th of November, Suikoden Day 2015 is now open! Join us on the main event page on Facebook (HERE) or enjoy the event in any other way, or on any other format :)

This blog will be doing its best to keep up with the action, and will be posting as many of the entries as we can, so we hope you enjoy them!  We’ll tag them under #Suikoden Day 2015 #Suikoden Day 2015 Fan Art #Suikoden Day 2015 Cosplay etc etc etc

Also, not everyone has a tumblr, so if you’d like to comment on an entry, and send some love the creator’s way, they’re more likely to see it on the main page, so we’ll provide a link to their entry there too :)

Opening your shop on SDAY

If you’ve anything Suikoden-y that you’re creating, Suikoden Day has a section of the event page just for you! This can be anything you like, as long as it’s Suikoden related - art commisions, badges, cosplay accessories etc

What’s new in SDAY News?

Aside from our standard competitions of Fan art, fan fiction, cosplay and group cosplay, we have some new ways to participate and win stuff! Pedro’s Mini-Contests have returned this year, with a ‘Search of the Sindar Posts’ mini-raffle during the event, as well as an essay competition! The essay contest, named ‘Second Chances’, where you can write about which Star of Destiny you think would have made a good Tenkai. We know that you can’t change a character’s star, but this is hypothetical here, people. An AU, if you will. Some of these prize packs are pretty good too! For details, take a look here.

Hi everyone, sorry it’s been so long! This blog has been on hiatus for a couple of reasons, but never mind that - we’re back now! And not a moment too soon - Suikoden Day is just around the corner! The event is being held online from the 11th until the 16th of November! We’ve added a bunch of competitions and ways to win stuff on the day, so check out our Suikoden Day Headquarters Facebook page for all the details and announcements, though we will be doing our best to post things here. Feel free to ask any questions you may have :)

The Suikoden Day Team are pleased to announce the winner of our Banner Making Competition - catteries​! Their banner will now adorn the top of all of our social media pages, and of course they've won a huge prize pack! Congratulations!

Firstly, a thank you to all entrants, we loved your creations! We hope to see such awesome entries in our competitions during the Suikoden Day event!

Secondly, we would like to apologise for the time it took to reach a decision. Due to the personal lives of the team, and the closeness of the competition, we left you hanging a while! To truly apologise for this, and to reward the strong competition, we've prepared a second prize for the closest runner-up, which was the entry by Bambz.

All our entries can be viewed on our Facebook Headquarters page here - though we will be posting them to our Tumblr also. 

First Prize (above) includes: Japanese versions of Suikoden 1-5, a Riou Figurine, and Suikoden Marugoto Encyclopedia! Runner-up prize (below) includes:  Suikoden III ongakushu soundtrack, 3 Suikoden cards, and Suikoden 2 mini bookmarks!
