These laws are used a weapon by women today with false allegations and desire to earn a easy but cursed fast money out of alimony and simply troubling her innocent husband and his simole family which she never considered her family in matter of days of marriage or weeks or months. These particular types say they are better or equal to men which is not point of debate as all are equal truly but they lack self respect and want to show themselves as weak and gain sympathy from society which they manage to get to a degree. But can they win in long run with these False foundations. Weather they are equal or greater will be evident from the actions not from sympathy and empathy . Life needs means for livelihood and capability to raise kids and these all will come from hard work and hard work only not from blackmailing innocent families and their sons. False cases are being filed and lot of legal terrorism is on rose at present times . It all needs to be checked and brought to zero levels like Polio is zero in India.
