#Repost @isbeeracarb ・・・ I was chatting with some friends earlier about how people put brewers on pedestals. There’s this weird (incorrect) hierarchy around this industry where people act like brewers are the most important. Similar to how people think of lead singers in bands. This is your friendly reminder that every person is in a role that is essential to a successful operation. If I didn’t have clean kegs or someone on the canning line, how would we get our beer out into the world? How would people even know about it if there wasn’t a marketing or sales team? Beertenders are most often the “faces” of the brewery, serving and educating guests. Cellar workers do some of the most physically intensive and crucial parts of the entire process and are often receive less recognition than a brewer. Make sure to appreciate ✨everyone✨ in beer. You aren’t better than anyone, and everyone is at different points in their career. This is a community and we should always be lifting each other up. 🙌🏼🍻 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #brewerylife #brewer #cellardweller #sandiegolife #sdbrewery #sdcraftbeer #beerisgood #beerislife #craftbeercommunity #beerstagram #beerporn #beerme #craftbeerpics #craftbeernotcrapbeer #craftbeerdrinker #keg #carharttoveralls #beerfriendsarethebestfriends #lovemyjob #sandiegolife #pointloma #beerlife #beeradvocate https://www.instagram.com/p/B5qz1j2ntWI/?igshid=18ht8arxkx0p8
