Two out of three medical professionals I'm consulting with are onboard with service dog stuff! The third isn't onboard yet because our appointment got cut short because I was late, but when we briefly spoke about it she seemed onboard! Next step is finding a job that I can do without having a complete mental breakdown lol and will honestly be the hardest step but dogs do require having an Income

Talked to my general care doc today about service dog stuff very briefly and while she was a little confused about what I meant (she initially thought I meant an emotional support animal, which is definitely NOT what I meant), her overall opinion on the topic was "okay I don't give a shit have a good time" alhfslehkshss

Talked w my therapist today about officially beginning the process for getting an SD and he was all for it (especially because i've been talking about this with him for. Hmm. Maybe a year lol.) When I asked if he may be willing to write formal letters about getting an SD to other medical professionals for me he said yes without hesitation. Very excited to be taking these steps it feels like a weight is (very slowly) being lifted off my shoulders
