I’m not a picky eater but sea boogers (AKA oysters) are on a short list of things that I’d rather not eat. I don’t mind the flavor but the texture of those slimy sea creatures is not my favorite. Oyster leaf (Mertensia maritima) is a pretty cool plant that tastes like oysters but doesn’t feel like a booger!
