My trip to Scotland is at an end. Impressions: The people of Scotland are some of the friendliest and helpful that I’ve met. The landscape is expansive, cold, wet, and rugged, yet also incredibly beautiful in a way that’s different from anywhere else I’ve been. Conditions change all the time so there’s no sense in waiting for a perfect day - you just have to go for it. Scottish climbing lives up to it’s reputation!

🧗🏻‍♂️ Where’s your favourite coastal climb? 🌊 I can’t wait till my next sea cliff adventure. Not got any planned in at the moment so need to change that and get back out there as soon as possible. Climbing in South West of England in September

West Penwith North Coast Gurnards Head: Right Angle HS

Zennor Cliff The Royal Forrester VS (Matt led it)

Bosigran : Doorpost HS (I led the first and last pitch and Rob led the second pitch. The second pitch was most fun. It was quite 3D)

Little Brown Jug VS (I led the first and lag pitch and Rob led the second. The last pitch was most fun as it finished in a steep position)

Thin Wall Special E1 (Rob led the first pitch and I led the second. The first pitch was thin and had a tricky few moves at the bottom before gear and then a tricky move further towards the top where the foot holds were minimal and the layback was slightly more strenuous than you are expecting. The last pitch had an exciting finish for the grade. It was very 3D and tricky on the very last two moves to get to the black horn)

Also went for a little cycle ride on the road bikes!
