Ingredients: 8 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 green onions, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise should all be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Smoked salmon, green onions, fresh dill, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be added now. Mix everything together well. Check the seasoning and make changes if needed. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on to let the flavors mix. If you want, you can add more chopped green onions and dill on top before serving. Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables should be served with it.
