I try to, but my frustration prevents me from improving because I just give up :c and I can't tell myself "don't give up" because of a disorder I have and it really sucks. I can still try, tho!

IDK if this is of any help (it probably isn't but I'll suggest it anyway...)

is there a way to turn "give up" into "take a break"?

And maybe when you've "abandoned" an art piece but want to experiment, you can go back to the piece you were working on?
