Bernhardt is a great artist, who grew up in Long Branch, has been cultivating his art skills since the age of 8. His medium of choice is simple - a sharpie and microns. He’s done work for Vissla, Jetty, Salt Surf, and is currently illustrating for DSL mag. Evil Paradise combines the talents of Ocean Grove’s artist Sean Bernhardt and screen printer Dave Sincox. Together Evil Paradise strives for quality, not quantity. Sean handles all the art direction, illustration and the process of dying and bleaching the bags for Evil Paradise. Sincox hand sews and screenprints all the bags and tees. Make sure you check out Sean and all the good stuff him and Dave Sincox do together

Evil Paradise artwork

Sean Bernhardt is a 22 year old artist from a small NJ beach town, Brielle. He keeps things simple and clean, while maintaining beachy, chill, and vintage vibes. He does a lot of drawing/painting, and collage work. He uses a lot of stuff from vintage magazines, and even found objects. 

"Mixed media shows that not everything needs to be perfect, and art can be an outlet for inspiration." Sean likes to pair up unlikely media and turn it into an unquestionably aesthetic original work of art.

"I am very influenced by the beach, animals, shapes, album cover artwork, and simplicity." Sean also loves and gets inspired by listening to psych/drone music.
