my tumblr turned 10 on october 8th, 2019!
hello everybody~ it’s been a minute since I’ve logged onto tumblr, so here’s a little update.
I had top surgery on march 16, 2019. traveled to the philippines for surgery with dr. enrico valera at st. luke’s medical center, quezon city. recovery went well! I visited family I hadn’t seen since 2007. I’m even making a tripzine about it, which you can read here: http://seanstartrunning.com/tripzine.html
new cat. my family adopted a young cat named spencer, from my mum’s co-worker, whose family all happened to be allergic. spencer is a cutie, and kind of acts like a little puppy, having socialized with dogs for his whole little life.
my art, my music, and such. currently working on my tripzine, like I mentioned earlier in this post. also, working on a comic titled, “Dear Oskar”, which is based on a letter written by franz kafka to his friend, oskar pollak. pretty gay. hoping to print it for february 2020. I usually post my drawings on instagram, and document my work on patreon. as for music, I’ve been practicing again and going to open mics, but I’ve also had some songs sitting for a while that I want to record soon.
overall, things are going pretty alright~
