Ingredients: 2 tuna steaks about 6 ounces each. 2 cups cooked rice, preferably chilled. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 cup mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and peas. 2 green onions, sliced. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the vinaigrette. Set aside.
