when he gets mad, he just zips up as much as he can until all the anger is sealed inside. then he waits until he’s home, door locked behind him, to just let loose a torrent of violence. he throws chairs. he slams his fists against things. he makes his anger known to himself and the room he’s in and no one else. after L dies, that tight zipper starts getting looser and looser so more anger leaks out. he’s very loud when he’s mad which sort of shocks ppl into doing what he wants bc usually light has a very even way of speaking.

he’s much more of a cool anger sort of person. he smolders over petty grievances out in the open but won’t rlly get out of control. he keeps a very tight handle on how he gets mad and usually channels it into his work. a lot of times when he’s come up with inventions, he’s been spitting angry but has redirected the energy toward making something. he believes all of his emotions need to hv productive outlets otherwise they’re meaningless and pathetic.
