The Offspring's Rise And Fall, Rage and Grace album is great, but I would also just buy their greatest hits. NUFAM has a long album that's "All the Best Songs" which is a great into.

Oooh awesome! I sometimes steer clear of “greatest hits” albums, because it’s too easy to fall into the thought trap of “Well, then I don’t need to listen to the other stuff” and... we know that’s not true for Rise, at least :P But awesome thank you!
