Black Butler Fanfic Feelings Shared

This is my fanfic based off of Black Butler! This is a SebastianXCeil fanfic.

Warning- This contains the following! Possible grammar issues! Sexual Content (Not Smut exactly but still sex)

Part 1- A strange feeling.

It was just another day at the Phantomhive Manor. Ciel was cooped up in his office when there was a firm knock on the door. “Young master I have your tea!” Sebastian called. “Come in…” Said Ciel grumpily. There was a lot of paperwork that day and the pile just seemed to grow. He looked up to see Sebastian approaching. Ciel relaxed a bit. He had been feeling differently about Sebastian lately. He felt more affectionate to his demon butler in a way he could not describe. Sebastian spoke snapping him from his thoughts. “My apologies for taking so long young master.” He said in an apologetic tone. “It’s fine…” Said Ciel quietly. “Are you alright young master…you have seemed very distant lately.” He said with a curious tone. Ciel tried not to look distraught. “I-Im fine…” He said with a sigh. Sebastian looked at him with a piercing gaze from his crimson eyes, trying to analyze what was concerning his you master. “What are you still doing here! I have work to do!” Snapped Ciel. Sebastian looked to him. “Sorry young master I will take my leave.” He said a bit frustrated he could not figure out what had been bugging his master so badly. The demon butler quietly made his way downstairs to prepare dinner. Ciel back in his room sighed. He couldn’t focus. All he could think about was his butler. He thought about how handsome he was and his cheeks flushed red. Why was he thinking in such a ridiculous manner? Still the thoughts continued. He cursed silently under his breath. He still had much work to do. As Ciel was caught up in his thoughts an hour ticked by. Sebastian had made his way back upstairs finished with Ceil’s meal. He knocked once more. “Young master its time for dinner!” He chimed. Ciel sighed. “I’m to busy to eat Sebastian.” He said in a monotone. Sebastian opened the door and looked to his master. “Nonsense, you need to eat, otherwise you will never grow.” He said. Ciel was barley 5 feet tall, he knew the frail boy needed as much nutrition as he could get. Ceil stood up reluctantly and followed Sebastian wordlessly. Suddenly Sebastian stopped. “Young master I have been meaning to ask you something.” He said quietly so no one would over hear. “What is it Sebastian?” “You have been acting in a strange manor lately…are you sick?” Sebastian asked his voice tinged with worry. “No…I’m not.” Ciel said meeting Sebastian’s gaze. He looked into his beautiful crimson eyes and his face flushed red. He then looked away cursing himself for letting his emotions show. “Come along then young master…we are eating roast tonight.” Sebastian as he continued his way to the grand dining hall. Ciel sat and ate in silence lost in thought. Sebastian was starting to grow even more concerned. His young master never acted like this. He felt it was his duty to protect him as he had grown to love Ceil. He never showed his feelings for Ciel because he didn’t want to risk causing any awkwardness. Still he felt obliged to find out why his young master had been acting so weird the last few weeks. Suddenly the Earl spoke snapping the Raven out of his thoughts. “Sebastian I would like to take my bath now.” He said. He had barley touched the food on his plate. Sebastian was about to tell him he had to finish his food first, but instead he decided against it and hesitantly agreed. Ciel grabbed His butler’s warm hand allowing Sebastian to lead him to the bathroom. "His hands are so warm…so soft.." He thought and then shook his head. "Stop being so predictable!" He thought to himself angrily. When they arrived the Raven filled the tub with warm soothing water. He helped Ciel get undressed and took out his silver earrings carefully. Sebastian looked at his young master with admiration. He seemed so vulnerable. He blushed suddenly. He couldn’t help but love Ciel…He was so fragile. He refused to confess his love as he did not want to break him. Sebastian helped Ciel into the water but instead of Ciel letting go of his arm he held on. “Sebastian….” He said softly. Sebastian gave a surprised glance. “What is it young master?” He asked a hint of concern in his voice. “I-I feel…so lonely.” He said with a sorrow in his voice. “I am here young master…” He said softly. Ciel hesitated and let go of Sebastian’s arm so he could bath him. Ciel relaxed as he felt Sebastian wash him. His butlers presence always made him feel better, not alone. It was quiet as Sebastian washed him thoroughly. Suddenly Ciel spoke again. “Sebastian…I love you…” He said the last part in a whisper. He couldn’t deny it any longer that he loved the demon. Then words began to pour from his mouth. “I’m sorry I have been acting so distant from you. I just was scared you would find out and you would be mad and…..” Sebastian was shocked as well as amused at Ciel’s sudden outburst. Sebastian smiled and put a finger to Ciel’s lips to silence him. He then cupped Ciel’s cheek in his hand and kissed him. “His lips are so soft….” The demon thought to himself. Ciel was taken aback but didn’t pull away. He had been waiting for this for so long. Finally Sebastian pulled away to look at his master. His cheeks were an adorable shade of scarlet and he was..smiling! Ciel had one of his rare smiles upon his face. Sebastian couldn’t help but smile too. He was happy he had finally found out what was bugging his master, and that now his master knew how he felt about him. Sebastian leaned in to kiss Ciel again though this time with more force. Ciel ran his still wet hands into Sebastian’s hair kissing him deeply. He never wanted this moment to end. “Young master….” Sebastian whispered into the kiss. The water was now beginning to get cold and Ciel began to shiver. “Young master!” He exclaimed. “I’m so sorry, I should have known the water was getting cold!” “It’s alright Sebastian.” Ciel said through chattering teeth. Sebastian felt terrible for not keeping track of the time. He quickly grabbed a warm fluffy towel and wrapped it around the trembling Ciel. “Sebastian will you…carry me?” the Earl asked shyly. “Anything for you…young master.” Said Sebastian in a loving tone. The raven then picked up his young master holding the small boy tight against his chest. After a few moments Ciel stopped trembling as Sebastian’s warmth fell over him. The demon butler then made his way to his young masters room. He set Ceil down gently and grabbed his nightwear. “Sebastian…?” Ciel called softly. “What is it young master?” He said questioningly. “Will you sleep with me tonight?” He asked shyly. Sebastian was in shock. He had stayed with Ciel at his bedside until he fell asleep numerous times but this was different. “Yes, I will for you young master.” He said with a sigh. He was about to get Ciel in his nightwear when Ciel suddenly crawled under the covers. “Young master what are you doing?!” He said in shock. “Well I thought…since you would be sleeping with me, I would be warm anyways so I didn’t need my night cloths.” He said with a blush. He scolded himself for acting so childish. A sly smile crept on to the demon’s face. “A fine excuse but I feel that’s not the real reason.” He said with a smirk as he gently slid himself under the covers with his young master. Ciel looked away guiltily. The raven just laughed. His laughter was a beautiful sound to Ciel. “It’s quite alright young master, just say what you need and I shall fulfill your desires.” He said. Ciel pressed himself against Sebastian and leaned in whispering in his ear. “I need you Sebastian, all of you. I need you to prove you love me…” He said in a hushed way. Sebastian’s eyes widened. “I don’t want to hurt you if things are going to go any further…” He said concerned. “Its alright Sebastian, show me you love me…that is an order!” He said the last part in a commanding tone. Sebastian smiled at his young masters sudden confidence. “As you wish.” the Raven said in an admiring way Sebastian bit off his gloves and entangled one hand in Ceil’s hair forcefully pulling his young master towards him kissing him deeply. (MATURE PAST THIS POINT) With his other hand Sebastian ran his hand down Ciel’s back. The Earl, who was not used to being touched in such in affectionate way felt his feelings growing and his member harden. “Ciel…” Sebastian whispered softly into the kiss as he felt Ciel’s member hardening against his leg. Ciel smiled happy to hear his name off the tongue of his love. Sebastian ever so carefully ran his hand from Ciel’s back to his ass. The demon then suddenly slipped his tongue past Ciel’s lips. Ciel sucked lovingly on Sebastian’s tongue making Sebastian let out a small moan. Ceil grabbed the raven’s tie and unfastened it quickly. Sebastian broke the kiss and chuckled seeing the hunger of lust overcome his young master. Ciel ripped off the demons tie and threw it carelessly on the floor proceeding to unbutton Sebastian’s shirt. Sebastian then untangled his other hand from Ciel’s hair and unfastened Ciel's eye-patch casting it aside. He wanted to gaze at the mark that brought them together and bound them as he proved his love for Ciel. As Ciel tore away Sebastian’s shirt, the demon gently fingered the Earl’s ass sensually. When Ciel finally managed to get Sebastian’s shirt off, Sebastian decided to take over. He unbuttoned and unzipped his pants casting them aside. as his large member was now visible and very stiff. Ciel looked to his now naked butler. He blushed at the handsome man before him. He then looked down excitedly at Sebastian’s stiffy his eyes pleading. “Are you sure your ready for this young master?” He asked worried he would hurt the frail boy. “Yes I’m fine!” Ciel snapped roused and impatient. Sebastian chuckled dirtily and teasingly rubbed his erection against Ciel's ass. "Sebastian!" Ciel said in a snappy way. Sebastian grinned. "Alright alright..." Sebastian said in a sarcastically defeated tone.  He then slowly thrust into Ciel’s small ass so Ciel could get used to the feeling. Ciel let out a squeak in surprise. It felt so different then he imagined, a little painful too since Sebastian was so big, but as he got used to Sebastian’s thrusts he began to feel pleasure. He let out a loud moan as his body trembled slightly. “A-are you alright young master?!” Sebastian groaned as he felt his master begin to tremble. “Nhhh I-Im alright..d-don’t stop!” The Earl cried out as the feeling of pleasure overcame him. Sebastian nodded and began to speed up going slightly deeper. His young master felt so good to him. Ciel felt an intense heat overcome his body feeling it cloud and dull his senses. He let out a few moans each one increasing in volume. Sebastian let out a small moan himself. Sebastian could not a remember a time he had felt this good. He thrust hard causing Ciel to reach up and grab Sebastian’s jet black hair and pull letting out a scream in pleasure. Sebastian had never heard a sound so pleasant as to the ones Ciel was making as they were intertwined. The demon thrust harder and faster making the bedframe hit the wall repeatedly with a loud thud. Ciel’s grip got tighter on Sebastian as he began to tremble violently as he felt himself getting close. “Just a little longer..Ciel..” Sebastian panted as he himself was feeling the need to release. “S-Sebastian!!!” Ciel cried as the tip of his member revealed his glistening pre-cum. Sebastian thrust as hard and as fast as he could without breaking the bed, wanting so bad to give his his young love the release he needed. The demon plunged as deep as he could and Ciel let out a wonderful piercing scream. Sebastian let out a loud moan as a warm wet sensation splashed his stomach as Ciel released. “Sebastian Sebastian Sebastian…” The boy moaned over and over. Sebastian pulled out of Ciel as he came as well all over the sheets. He knew he would have to change the sheets in the morning, but he didn’t care. All he cared about at this moment was his young master. Sebastian pulled his young master close to him, feeling his lover’s heartbeat wildly. After the Earl had caught his breath Ciel spoke. “I love you…” He whispered. “I love you too young master.” Sebastian said, and Ciel knew he meant it. Sebastian lay next to him through the night as Ciel fell asleep his head on Sebastian’s chest. Sebastian gazed at the small boy looking so innocent in his sleep. “Sleep well…..young master”
