The drought is serious, but political corruption is also to blame, the pipes lose 1/3 of the water to the city! Investment in infrastructure should have been made years ago. Welp it finally happened. My apartment building will officially start water rationing next week, meaning I'll be without water three days a week from 8am to 8pm until who knows when. I know I'm lucky that at least I have notice and can plan around it, but damn. This is ridiculous. This area has been drying up for MONTHS and the governor is only meeting with Dilma tomorrow to discuss a plan. I'm tired of this shit.
