I was reading the HA Field Guide draft and you know, Albatross being considered a terrorist organization under SecComm is one of those things that seems really obvious in hindsight.

You can really imagine Albatross just popping up all over to save people from SecComm's atrocities and a bunch of SecComm commanders just getting incredibly furious about it.
