1. Vintage stove brought back to life by Kim. 2. Rain and eating out for lunch meant a relatively small daily harvest, but still wanted to stay on top of documenting it for a while. Still some good pears in there, but many of these #seckelpears will be used for perry. Not perry pears, but they do have the benefit of very high sugar content. 3. Fast flat bread pizzas on Lebanese style pita, in an oven cranked up to 500 degrees or so.
