SHIN KI TAE'S MOMENTS OF VULNERABILITY (PART 1)
Second Confession- BtoB
There seem to be two separate halves to my personality. The side of me that is cute and sweet and innocent, and the side of me that has embraced his sexuality and is a total ho. I realized this again today when one of my old friends said they don’t really see me as a “naughty” person. I know in my heart that both of these sides exist, and different people have seen them. They are both part of who I am and I am not ashamed.
I can’t help replaying her confession again, again, and again, and again, and again.
...and the more I listen to it, the more I am convinced that when Sasuke said “omae wa... hontou ni uzai na (you’re... really annoying),” he actually said it with a gentle voice, not cold at all.
I literally cried watching Shippuuden ep 475. Sakura’s confession... through her voice and choice of words, I could feel her overflowing feelings, her desperation, her hopelessness... her everything. I believe, Sasuke, who deep inside his heart had a special place for her, could feel those too. Probably that’s why he stopped, turned his back, and called her with the sacred word “annoying” as he cast a genjutsu on her. Her confession, in one way or another, touched something within him to the point that he thought it was dangerous enough to disturb his then misplaced idealism of revolution.
I knew this long time ago but still it never fails to have me in a lot of feels. This scene truly gives a lot more meaning especially when I’ve known the ending of their romantic story.
(and also kudos to Sakura’s and Sasuke’s seiyuu for this episode)
The truth In reality hurts when you know you'll never reach what you want.
