You know, he is a not very emotional person.He is unable to explain his own feelings. You have to be able to decipher his facial expressions –even if they are often the same-. Then, he often wears sunglasses so it is even harder to understand what he has in his mind. Nothing good, everybody would say. This world makes people colder and meaner because anything is never as we desire. Life screws everyone without mercy. This is the world where he has always lived and he learnt how to beware and do not trust anybody.He just cannot believe a person like you exists. Sometimes, he wonders if it’s all a dream, a life’s joke, because this place is Hell on earth and you are too kind to be real. Maybe he is waiting for the moment when he will wake up and everything will go back to normal. To the darkness. This is the reason why he acts cold and he does not want to deceive himself. He has suffered a lot in his life. At first, he did not trust you and he thought your sweet gestures, your gentle words, and even your tender smiles were fake. You wore a mask of kindness to trick him. You were playing the part of the angel because you wanted something from him. This was his thought before he changed his mind because you were true. Not as fake as the other people he met who broke his soul. This is the cruellest law of the jungle. Let your guard down means being overwhelmed. You have to sleep with one of your eyes open.Matt is not truly sleeping when you come to him. Before, he would have attacked you, but now he just let you be because it seems you cannot change but this is ok.Matt is not an affectionate person but he appreciates you are sweet but he does not speak because he is actually embarrassed. He is not used to this life. It is not really unpleasant but this is still something new. You have to be very patient with this bear.Sometimes, he could even complain, saying you are too clingy and maybe you should learn how to be a little  ruder just because this world is still the way it is. You cannot trust people with that ease. Yes, we can say he is fighting an inner battle and he has to decide if he actually appreciates your behaviour or if he became crazy all of sudden –maybe he could get used to it, who knows-.

He does not find the forest so fluffy and safe. You should be careful when you take a walk there because you could meet the wrong kind of people or even ferocious beasts as wolves or bears. It is not like picking flowers in the park. Real life is not a Disney movie and you are not Snow White and if you try to speak with a grizzly trying to befriend it, well. It will tear you apart devouring your head. It is not so funny.This is the reason why he teaches you how to use a gun so you can protect yourself.His gift for your first anniversary was a shotgun, of course. Because he cannot live with the anxiety that you could become a bear’s dinner. No way!You can keep practicing your hobby and your love for herbs and stuff but you have to take care of yourself and do not act so naive. Matt is not a date’s man and he feels very uncomfortable with this fluff stuff.Dates with him are always very silent and weird because his sense of romanticism is low. He does not even watch movies so he cannot be informed about dates.He has never celebrated Valentine’s day before so he finds himself unprepared and his family is ignorant about this argument.Yes, he could ask to Oliver but Matt has not the patience to deal with that candy man. No, Oliver would start asking him embarrassing questions about you. Asking when the two of you will marry or how many children the two of you want to have. It’s a total no! Matt cannot stand something like this! He just refuses his help!He is still in serious shit! You care a lot about this holiday and he is still a jerk!Then, he would prefer being alone with you, not in a crowd full of people. Not where America could find you. No, America would ruin his existence, mocking him. Singing silly songs and laughing like an idiot. No!The beach seems the right place for a romantic and lonely date, and you and Canada can stay alone –without any American boy around-.Since it’s still Winter you are not going to swim or sunbathe. You really don’t want!The night is the perfect time because there are no people and he can hide his embarrassment. He won’t say a lot because he is unable to explain himself or the sentiment he feels for you.Actually, he can play the guitar and he may play or sing something to you. It would be great. You can considerate it a sort of serenate (he is unaware it’s a serenade). He is playing so he has not to think about his discomfort. You will enjoy his show.

Poland is shocked, because you are so fabulous and those bullies are totally idiots if they judge you for your weight. The differences between you and them are that you with some determination and constancy could reach your regular body weight but they cannot do anything for their brain because their stupidity is permanent. Let’s cry for them, poor little losers~Actually, Poland is a very good confident trainer even if he appears just like an egocentric freak but he is so sweet and funny so he will do his best to make you laugh again. He knows so many ways to vent your sadness, one of these ways is the maniac compulsive shopping. You and him can visit every malls of the city buying an outfits for every tears you cried because of those jerks. It’s a good way to distract yourself and spend some good times with the most fabulous nation!Then, when the two of you come back home, he will sing to you “I am all about that bass” and you have to sing with him louder and louder and all the neighborhood must listen to your concert.

Oh, poppet~What’s happen? Why are you crying? He cannot understand the reason why you are so sad since the last time he saw you, you seemed happy. Actually, he truly loves your chubby form because you remember to him of a cupcake or a muffin and he loves so much those desserts, he has spent this morning cooking some sweets for you because he wanted to do something special for you since you love his desserts so much.Maybe talking about his sweets was not a good idea because you seem bluer than before and he feels guilty even if it was not his intention, he just wants to help you. You explain to him that you are on diet and you don’t want to eat anymore, and he does not understand why you are saying these absurd things so he wants to know the real reason that made you take this crazy decision. Then, you explicate your situations with those bullies and he is quite sad. He hugs you tightly, kissing your soft cheeks. Oliver confesses to you that he had the same problems when he was a child because he was a little chubby, too. He suffered a lot for this reason and he has always loved sweets and cakes. With time he understood people can be so stupid and you have to learn to be stronger and smarter than them. You should do only what make you feel happy, without caring about others idiocy. He found himself in the bakery since he loves so much cooking cakes and desserts, he truly feels realized when he does it. You should do the same, venting your energy in something useful you love while the others are losing their time judging sweethearts like you. He will invite you to spend sometime with him, baking some cupcakes together because it’s funny, it does not matter if you will not eat them, he just wants to see you smile again.

Nobody usually messes with him because they know very well that they are not going to see the sunlight again if they even try. The same applies for you and no one should even try to do something to you. The instant he sees you sad, his rage reaches the hell, he promptly asks for an explication, and he already knows the fault is of some assholes. You have only to say their name and they will find themselves with their bones broken before they could say “Oh, my Canada!” and not even their mothers will recognize them again.Then, you explain to him that there are bullies that say you are ugly and fat and Matt is quite shocked because their fucking mothers are fat, not you. Yeah, he is the kind of guy who does not think twice to offend all the other mothers and all the family tree when it’s necessary. The Canadian is not the kind of person who knows how to help people with comforting words because he acts like a bully sometimes, too. Matt is very awkward and timid in his approach but he is really sorry you are suffering. In his eyes you are just like an angel and he is the one who always asks to himself why a cutiepie like you stay with a grumpy bear like him, it’s a mystery. Anyway, no one is going to save those assholes from his rage and Kumajiro does not have still eat, he is so hungry and today he will have a bunch of bullies for dinner-!
