The Dryad and Sky's Lights

Lying in a wide field, Mina sighed, a ghost of a smile on her lips. She nonchalantly twirled the long blades of grass between her fingers, feeling them brush against her bare skin and occasionally give her the urge to scratch. On her back, the Dryad watched the very last few drops of sunshine fade away, leaving the sky black and splattered with bright stars. The girl recognized so many of them; planets, stars, and constellations. Giggling, she lightly plucked a daisy from from the ground and ran her finger over the small, white petals. Engrossed in the sky, she hadn't noticed the person approaching her.
