Damn. Cris Cab's slinging some Miami heat with this one...
This is one of the most interesting releases from Echo Boom that we've seen yet; "Rihanna's Gun" is heavy on the reggae, over an edgy dubstep beat. The reggae inspired vocals remind me of Cab's earlier cover tracks when he infused more of this genre, such as "All Of The Lights", and "Black and Yellow".
Cris recruits some heavy hitters again with features from Mavado & Wyclef, and the production handled by Wyclef and Sedeck Jean as well; We're edging closer to the his mixtape's release date of 1/31, which will be presented by Billionaire Boys Club.
I haven't decided yet if this is my favorite single off of it so far - but nonetheless it catches your attention.
