やってきました恒例になりつつある日曜日の過ごし方。
今日は家から歩いて20分くらいの所にある小さなベーカリー”Nick+sons”へ行ってきました。いつも長い列ができているのにも納得のいく美味しさ。
クロワッサンは外は軽くパリパリで中は丁度良いもちっと感。かぶりついた瞬間に口いっぱいに広がるバターの香り。。あー幸せ。。。

Today I visited cute little bakery called “Nick+Sons” in brooklyn.
No wonder why there is always a block long line in front of the store. Their croissant is very flaky in the outside and just chewy enough inside without being too heavy or rich. Perfect balance of butteryness and lightness. I also got an apple tart which was just like heaven in your mouth when you bite into it : )) I would love to go back there and try their chocolate croisssnt! (If they are not sold out already)
