Solution One - Automatic Vertical Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine
VFFS Vertical Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine could realize automatic material weighing, date printing, hole punching, bag forming, material filling, heat sealing, and finished products take off. The machine unit could be applied on corn seeds, bean seeds, rice seeds, vegetable seeds, wheat seeds or grains products. The whole machine line shall be consisted of following parts:
Four Head Linear Weighing Machine (Weighing Material & Fill into Bag);
VFFS Bag Form Fill Seal Packaging Machine (Automatically Form Roll Film into Bag Shape and Heat Seal the Bag Accordingly);
Working & Maintenance Platform (Ensure the Operators to Checking the Running State of the Weighing Machine);
Z Type Elevator (To Elevate the Raw Material into Weighing Machine);
Take-off Conveyor (To Take Off the Finished Packing Bag)
According to the detail requirements, the machine unit can also connect with weight checking machine, small bag pack into woven bag baling machine and robot palletizing system.

Forming Bag Type: Pillow Type Bag / Gusseted Bag
Suitable Seeds: Granular Type Seeds
