I am currently using Seek.com.au to find a job in Sydney. I´ve clicked on a ton of postings for different positions and I´ve found that a lot of positions require you to be a citizen or a permanent resident...
This is not how I thought it was going to be and now I´m getting a little nervous. If I don´t find a job, I won´t last for even a month there.
The only promising job posting that I found was a help desk position at the University of Sydney, which is basically the same thing I was doing the last time I was working in IT. Definitely going to apply, because I have a feeling that jobs will be few and far between..
