♛ CHO CHANG // @seekedlove
❝ you’re a girl, ❞ ron pointed out, missing entirely that this was possibly not the ideal place to be having a conversation. then again, ron had never exactly respected the library as anywhere other than a prime place to nap - two copies of fantastic beasts topped off with the pocket guide to astronomy made the perfect pillow - or to answer his not so worldly questions. once he noted that he had cho’s attention, even if it was reluctant, ron shifted to lean over the wide table. it wasn’t often he was in the library alone, but considering he was not exactly on the best terms with harry after an admittedly stupid argument - that ron down right refused to apologise for after he’d apologised for the last disaster only because who could be mad at harry potter when he’d caught the bloody snitch? - it was prime time to get answers to the questions that harry or hermione would possibly judge him heavily for.
❝ i-uh... a friend of mine - not harry. another friend. don’t think you know him. anyway, he kind of needs some advice. about girls. that’s why i... ❞ a swift nod followed his hushed ramblings as he glanced along the table. after his less than ideal encounter with fleur delacour followed by her thanking him and kissing his cheek, ron had been left confused. coupled with the strange jealousy he’d felt to see hermione with viktor krum of all people - which he now passed off as being jealous she hadn’t gotten him his autograph rather than being jealous of viktor - ron was in dyer need of help. and harry was no use. even being the bloody chosen one, they’d been left with the patel twins while harry moped over cho chang. perhaps cho wasn’t the best person to encounter for this after all considering his best friend was still drooling over her. plus, they’d never really seen eye to eye with her questionable taste in quidditch teams... although it was too late now that he’d made quite the fool of himself half splayed out over the table.
❝ what do girls want? ❞
