#377 #SeekMeaning I work for a company that makes software for universities. Like in any line of work, I sometimes wonder, how is what I'm doing beneficial. Then I think and dig deeper. I think about what the company does, who we serve (universities) and who they serve (students). That brings greater meaning because it links back to what I'm doing. What I'm doing will make the jobs of the university staff easier and they will be able to better serve students. That's purpose! So, if you find yourself with a lack of motivation at school, work or home, seek the deeper meaning. Go to the root of why you do what you do. There you will find your purpose. And if, for some reason, you don't find meaning, then it may be time to look for something else.
