I don’t know what to do...

I have realised that I’ve got a pattern of behaviour I want to change. I’ve noticed that I have a lot of ideas, start something but then I never see it through. I think it has to do with not having any self esteem, but this is something I want to change. I want to go back to vlogging on youtube, and continuing my passion for beauty, I’m also trying hard to keep up with the blog, even if it is just reblogging beautiful photos, but I also want to teach, or become a children’s counsellor, something where I can help kids who were like me, and hopefully inspire them and help them to make changes.  I just don’t know where to start. I don’t want to start going and then suddenly stop. Have you felt this way? Do you have any tips for me?
