LOL I assume you mean the nipples gif. It's from Kill La Kill, it's Aikurō Mikisugi, who is a nudist, and pretty much everytime he gets to take his clothes off, his nipples and crotch glow pink like that. It's amazing.

While not a bard by any means, Tova has an immense love of music.

Her tribe, the Kaldyr, is not a literate tribe – all stories and legends are told via the spoken word, song, or dance. As a soon-to-be Ahlfyra (alpha), Tova had to know them all. Not that she minded – she learned them all at her grandfather’s knee as a kit, wide-eyed and eager to learn. On many occasions, she would be found in the tavern, drinking mead and leading her fellow hunters in song, or dancing atop tables.

Nowadays, if you're lucky enough to catch her with her guard down, you might find Tova occasionally indulging in a song and dance. She has a striking voice – but you will never hear her sing in Common, only Kaldyri.

V'arae had to think for a moment-- think of something clever. He couldn't very well come out in only a belt.. not that he's come out in worse. With a quick glance at his robes, an idea formed, making the Tia giggle from excitement. 

"Well?"

And so from the curtain he stepped, a single belt around his waist.. latched at his hip with the satchel still on. The layered leather straps seemed to hide at least his backside, though the front left nothing to the imagination, "I hope this will do."
