Not every country does tipping, while others expect it. In a LOT of countries, tips are actually included in the bill. Some places, people will get in trouble for accepting tips. 

Always try to find out before traveling what the policy on tipping is and the usual amounts to avoid being rude or looking foolish! :O

Good idea!! My search yielded no results, so there isn't any public history of them working with transgender clients, at least. Dunno if that's good or bad...haha
