I rarely post on a good day, I wonder why

It is not all that often that I post on a good day. I do have good days, you know. I imagine that on good days I am too busy being able to do stuff that I forget to update this health log. That or I just use it to complain and don’t know it yet. Any ideas? I have none of my own on this one.
